• Must be able to operate MS Excel and accounting software
• Must be able to direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions of the organization
• Responsible for financial reporting, both for internal performance analysis and external financial reporting
• Lead the budgeting and financial planning process
• Manage all treasury functions and optimize working capital and cash flow
