Women Initiating Life's Leap
Since the beginning of 2025, Harshwal Consulting Services LLP has been running WILL, an initiative that encourages married women to restart their careers. This initiative was started with a view in mind that many women have to give up their careers because of their other responsibilities took priority at that time. Many of these women never had the chance to start their careers at all.
The initiative began with six women joining us in the very first batch. And within just a few months, the number grew to 23 from four batches. These women work across different departments, from audit, accounting to IT and digital marketing.
Women who have taken a career break find it easier to re-enter the workforce, with additional benefits making their transition easy. Incentives are being offered in terms of flexibility in working hours to help women balance their professional and personal lives. A mentorship program is also in place to ensure they don't face any difficulty in starting their role. Travel accessibility through cab services is also provided, as per their flexible working hours, which makes their commute to work easier.
The women who are away from work for a long time might feel stressed about the interview process, which is why we took it upon ourselves to simplify the interview process to a major extent, showcasing our support from the first interaction.

The eligibility criteria require a graduation degree or any professional course. Initial mentorship and skill enhancement training programmes are to help them get introduced to a corporate working environment. This is focused on learning communication, teaming and getting to know about their role in the organization. Which is followed by specific domain training and role-based training according to the department they will be part of.
